Process Characteristics
Electronic Candle Shell Injection Molding Process.
Injection molding is a process known for its efficiency, well-suited for the large-scale production of flameless candles.
First, the wax is poured into a heating tank to melt, then injected into a mold to form the shell. After cooling, the mold is opened, and the candle shell is complete.
The advantages of this process are its plasticity and mass production capabilities. Furthermore, it offers high precision, consistent product dimensions, low labor costs, and a high degree of automation.
Next comes the electronic component part of the candle. First, the PCB board is assembled. Then, all the wicks are encapsulated within the electronic candle body, including installing the flame head and checking the circuitry. Finally, the battery is installed as needed.

Product Instructions
1.How to use the candle:
• Please recharge each candle before first using it.
• After recharging, turn the button “ON”in the candle’s bottom.
• Use the remote control to operate the flameless candles.
MAKE SURE all the buttons are “ON” in the bottom of the candles before using the remote control.
2.Timer
Set the automatic timer, 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 hours for choosing.
For example, set to 2 hours, the candle turns on at 19:00 and turns off at 21:00 automatically. It would repeat this cycle every 24 hours.
